A few weeks ago the weather was really nice and we headed down to the Main Street water park with some cousins to play in the water. I've taken Emily there before, but this was by far the most enjoyable trip we have had. She had a blast! She ran up and down the lazy river, splashing water around to her heart's content. I loved sitting in the shade with Annie watching her. This park is perfect for little kids because the water isn't too deep. We spent nearly 3 hours there. She was just having so much fun! We are looking forward to going again soon.
Annie at 3 months
Emily at 5 1/2 months
Little Annie is not so little anymore. I finally switched out her 0-3 months clothes for 3-6 months ones. This skeleton outfit is what Emily wore for her first Halloween. She was 5 1/2 months old then and this fit just fine. Annie wore it once and I had to squeeze her into it. She is getting to be quite the little butterball, but we love her rolls and squishyness! I took her to the doctor's office to weigh her when she was 3 months old. She weighed 13 lbs. 15 oz. That puts her in the 85th%!!! Emily didn't weigh that much until she was about 5 months old. Wow!

Annie still has to be swaddled to go to sleep. Well, not to go to sleep, but to stay asleep. If she is not swaddled, she startles herself while she is sleeping and wakes herself up. I don't mind it so much, except she is getting stronger and escapes quite easily. I always double swaddle her at bedtime and have started doing it for most of her naps, too. She is now sleeping 10 hours at night. She eats every 3 1/2 hours during the day and then sleeps from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., unless Emily wakes her up earlier. Annie spent about a week in the office and then I moved her permanently into the bedroom. They have done pretty well with sharing. I leave the door cracked open a bit so that when Emily wakes up in the morning, she can get out of bed and come in our room to wake us up. If she stays in there she starts talking to herself, or to Annie, or to me and wakes Annie up. They even take naps in there at the same time! I love that they share a room!

Annie being happy! She is such a happy baby. Even when she wakes up in the morning, she will fuss until I go in her room but as soon as she sees me, she grins from ear to ear. I could play with her for 30 minutes before feeding her in the morning, she just loves to be around people! Just don't sneeze or make any loud and sudden noises or you will scare her. Besides that, she's always as happy as a clam!
Like Emily, Annie hates tummy time. We've recently started using the Boppy to increase our tummy time. She can last about 10 minutes using the Boppy.
Emily loves Annie so much. She loves to hold her and give her kisses and hugs. Annie is a good sport and puts up with it most of the time.
Here they are in their Easter Dresses. These are actually not the same dress. I bought Emily's last year before I was pregnant with Annie. When Annie was born, I was given her dress as a gift. They were so close to matching that I thought they would make perfect Easter dresses.
